Tampa Bay Brigade strength specialist Rebecca Rouse completes a clean and jerk lift during a United Grid League match on June 20 at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland. The Brigade, one of the oldest teams in the UGL, competes in matches that can last up to 90 minutes and include various elements and other physical moves that each athlete will specialize throughout. The competitive sport combines such activities as weightlifting, gymnastics and functional fitness bodyweight movements.
